We are seeking expressions of interest from singles and couples who are wanting land to park their tiny house, RV, or caravan for both short and longer terms. We offer a rural property located centrally between Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, and Taupo with excellent access to the main tourist routes and with a range of cafes, supermarkets, dumpsites, and other amenities close by (most within a 5min-15min drive). This is a lovely part of the country with many nature walks nearby and close to several hydro lakes for those who enjoy the water or want to take one of our kayaks out for the day. We will be developing a gravel access lane allowing residents to park their mobile homes in a grassy paddock with a beautiful rural outlook over lush green farmland toward the Kaimai ranges as pictured. Residents will also have the use of an existing in-ground swimming pool and spa pool. Power, water, and wifi will be available and mobile coverage is good throughout the site. This site is relatively private from the outside world but initially it will be fairly open within the site until plantings grow in or screens are built to partition the site. In the longer term we hope to develop a common building with kitchen, laundry, and toilet facilities. We will also continue to landscape and plant the site to enhance its beauty and residents will be welcome to participate in designing or implementing these plans if they so desire. We raise our own animals including chickens, ducks, pigs, and goats and residents are welcome to participate in this to create a common pool of eggs, milk, and protein if they choose to. We also plan to have a large no-dig vegetable garden which residents will be welcome to participate in and use fresh produce from. It is our hope that this will be a community of relatively independent but friendly and cooperative people who respect others' space and humanity regardless of our origins, gender, sexuality, and other differences. Please include your phone number in your message for a quick response. Thank youLocation
