It also has an area that has been used as a vegetables garden, which the tiny house / caravan dwellers may choose to use. Since this house is in need of repairs, there are no plans to let it out in the near future. The 2/3 back piece of land would in any event remain available for tiny hose / caravan dwellers, even if this house may be repaired and let out sometimes later in the future. It is possible to connect from this land to water, power and WIFI. While you will usually have to arrange and pay for these, it may also be possible to arrange for an all inclusive arrangement, which would include the costs of power and water. There are many amenities near by, such as bus stops, schools, a small shopping centre, a petrol station, a garage, gold courses, and parks. The beach and the New Brighton hot water pools are located within a short cycle or even walking distances. It may also be possible to have casual access to some of the facilities in this house, e.g. use its toilet or shower in case of an emergency. Please contact me for further details.
