This is a flat land the size of nearly 1,000sqm located in a quiet residential area, very close to all amenities. Over 2/3 (two thirds) of this land is located behind a 90 sqm house, which is vacant. Since this house is in need of some major repairs, there are no plans to let it out in the future. If renting this land you will have it to yourself, without anyone living in that house. There are many amenities nearby, such as bus stops, a small shopping centre, pools, parks, a medical centre, a petrol station, a garage, schools and more. The beach and hot water pools are located within a short cycle or even walking distance. Ideally we would like to have a self-contained mobile accommodation on wheels parked on this land, with your own supply of water, power, WIFI and an external arrangement for the disposal of your toilet waste. It may however be possible to provide connection to water, but connection to power may only become available later on. You will have to arrange for your own WIFI. The fee stated will cover up to two adults in 1-2 mobile accommodation on wheels, with up to 1-2 kids, 1-2 pets and 1-2 additional ordinary vehicles.
