This land also has an area that has been used as a vegetables garden, which the tiny house / caravan dwellers may choose to revive Since this house is in need of repairs, there are no plans to let it out in the future. There are many amenities near by, such as bus stops, a small shopping centre, pools, parks, medical centre, a petrol station, a garage, schools and more. The beach and the New Brighton hot water pools are located within a short cycle or even walking distances. Ideally we would like to have a self-contained mobile accommodation parked on this land but it is also possible to externally connect to water and power through the house. If water connection is required, then it would be included in the charge but the power (if required) will be at an extra cost, according to your usage. The fee stated will cover up to two people in one mobile accommodation, with up to 1-2 pets and 1-2 additional vehicles.
