Small section in Woodville, Tararua available long term, or just over winter if you want. Bring your own camper/caravan/small cabin/bus. Water, electricity, and fibre wifi all included. Must be self contained toilet, (or put a portable cassette toilet in the small onsite shed?) and there are 2 dump stations close by to dispose of waste. Woodville is a lovely little town with plenty of cafes, coffee, secondhand shops, gas station, four square. Only 15 mins drive to supermarket and hardware store. $100 single person or $125 couple per week, price negotiable (perhaps you can do simple garden maintenance?). Quiet pets welcome (section not fenced though). No children (owner works night shifts and sleeps during the day) Nice quiet area two streets over from the main road so not much traffic noise.
