I have a 3/4 of an acre of land that has space either side of my house to put a tiny home or a park up on. I have two children that live on the property with me so any person on the property would need to be child friendly. You would need to be self contained as no power or sewage facilities are offered. Though would consider installing septic tank for serious long-term tenants. I have outside taps for water if needed. The amount of time can be for as little or as long as you need. Pets welcome
