Just testing the waters at the moment, hence the current availability date. We’re looking to start ground works early December on two sites. One for our THOW and one for lease. Great location (we think) - 3.8km/4min to Parakai primary school - 6.8km/9min to Helensville Woolworths - 17km/18min to Woodhill Mountain Bike Park - 33km to Westgate Shopping Center - 49km to Auckland CBD Site will be north facing and includes water tank but not water.
