Just testing the waters at the moment, hence the current availability date. We’re looking to start ground works in December on two sites. Both are relatively private from each other and neighboring properties. Currently bare land but will be regenerating the wetland area and steeper parts behind the sites. Dead end street so limited traffic, 1km of gravel but the road is due to be sealed before end of 2025. Great location (we think) - 3.8km/4min to Parakai primary school - 6.8km/9min to Helensville Woolworths - 17km/18min to Woodhill Mountain Bike Park - 33km to Westgate Shopping Center - 49km to Auckland CBD Site will be north facing and includes water tank but not water.
