The existing house was our home up until recently, however now operates as an Airbnb I intend demolishing the existing garage at the rear which will leave a 9m x 3.5m concrete pad suitable for storage (eg boat, container, portable building), caravan or Tiny house. The total area available behind the house is approx 150m2 (about a third of the total 422m2). Power, Water, and wi-fi is available. Other service connection can be provided if required. Fencing could also be provided. The bus stop on Esmonde Road is the last stop before the bus goes over the harbour bridge, and there is a large Woolworths in walking distance. Takapuna beach, cafes, bars and shops are also in walking distance. If high enough, there are harbour views. Note, there is a secure electric gate, however it and the driveway are somewhat narrow at 2.8m. Wider units could be put on site, but would either require cranage or lifting higher than the 1.5m boundary fence, both of which would be difficult and expensive.
