Tiny home park alongside house in Ngaruawahia

Space for a tiny home alongside my house in Ngaruawahia. Views of Hakarimata from the back yard. 2.8m wide x 9m long. We can run a lead across for electricity. Wifi is available. Can potentially rig something up for fresh water and grey water depending on needs. No septic connection so you could use composting toilet or use the bathroom in the house. Can use my laundry if necessary. Weekly price will depend on needs. ie. if you don't need to use the house at all it'll be cheaper, if you need to use the house lots it'll be more :-) There is a single driveway that I will also be using but I can potentially make a new carpark in front of the house if necessary. About me - 41 year old web developer working from home 4 days per week and 1 day at the office. I have my 6 year old daughter with me half the time, she goes to school during the week. In the process of setting up large vege gardens (spray free) and planting fruit trees. Planning on making a nice outdoor area to light a fire, cook and have friends over. I enjoy playing music when I have time and I try to keep active. Big fan of trying to limit my impact on the earth by buying secondhand, recycling, not consuming junk, etc. Daughter does art, rides her bike, plays drums and is very helpful, thoughtful and fun. My ideal tiny home dweller - preferably just one person but open to discussing other arrangements. Looking for someone likeminded - would be great if you're into gardening and would like to chip in, creative in some way, active, busy with projects/work/etc. Open to sharing the odd meal.
