My lovely tiny home tenant has bought a house and his off grid tiny home has sadly been sold. Superb plot of land for lease. Large hard stand pad, fully securely fenced, nice lawn area, beautiful views over paddocks, lots of parking space. Own private entrance. No power or water. Well behaved dog ok. Sorry no cats (welcome to share mine) Tenant for the last 12 months recommends. Taupaki is close enough to Auckland to easily commute but benefits from rural calm and close proximity to Bethells, Muriwai and woodhill etc.
