Two locations available for tiny homes. One site location has gravel pad, contiguous to barn with amenities, connections to cold and hot water , sewer, wifi, and power. The other site location can be prepared with gravel pad within one day. Enjoy use of 20 acre lifestyle block with solar power, organic tunnel house, covered gardens, raised beds, berries, fruit trees, raise your own chickens, sheep, and cows, and grow your own organic food, if you want. Filtered water, WiFi, sewer, solar power, and other amenities, such as a traditional Finish sauna, infrared sauna, wood stoves, and gym included free of charge for all residents exclusive use.
