An ideal site has been put aside for a self contained 13mtr bus/caravan/tiny home to be parked on the lower portion of the driveway. There is also room in front of the area to park a car. The site has a small piece of grassed area behind it that looks out towards the Taupiri Hills. This site is available for short/medium term or by arrangement with the owner only. The site is pet friendly within the grassed area directly behind (east side) of the site only. The existing bus is not included and will be vacating as of 25/01/25.
