We have an area (200m2) on our property available for rent- quiet and peaceful, in Whangaruru, Whangarei. Close to beautiful beaches (Oakura, Bland Bay, Te Akau, Ngahau and Mimiwhangata...). Clean river onsite for swimming in, spring fed creek, large vege gardens and orchard, Russell forest right next door. Short to medium lease term negotiable. Happy to have pets/children around but we have sheep, kune kune, chickens and two dogs, so dogs will be dependent on character. Plenty of off street parking available. Will be let to a tiny house on wheels only, and self contained for waste water as no connection is available. Power, water & WiFi can be arranged at a small additional cost if required.
