North facing elevated sites overlooking Motueka Valley We are listing a couple of potential sites for lease on our 5ha block in the Motueka Valley. It's at the end of a 200m metal road from the main Valley Highway and is very private. North facing with nearly all-day sun and extensive views over the Valley and toward Mt.Arthur range. The land is sufficiently elevated to avoid most of the winter frosts and has a ridgeline that protects aginst cooler southerly winds. We recognize that the sites have no water and power facilities this is reflected in the leasing costs. There is access to a neighboring creek with rights to draw sufficient water to fill a nearby animal trough on a daily basis. Also there is a right to draw up to 5000 litres from the river, a couple of hundred meters away. One site (please refer to pics) has a compacted metal base and would be ideal for a caravan/tiny house or even house bus. The other potntial site (one we will possibly build on in the future) is on a relatively flat area of stable grass land. Both sites have one access road off the main metal roading to our garage facility that we would want to still use on occasional visits. Lease term minimum 6 months. We would like potential tenants to have a familiar philosophy to ourselves: a spray free and environmentally sustainable mind-set.
