We have a large flat gravel area at the entrance of our lifestyle property, which until now we made available for Motorhome/Caravans. We have often been asked to consider long-term lease, which we are open to now. The access is off a private road and Shay's tiny house company said it's one of the easiest accessible properties to get a tiny house delivered to. We have a water connection and power and can discuss making it available subject to the demands of the tiny house. The power is not 3-phase and only 10amp and will be metered and would be extra. The site is next to a reserve and our orchard. I think it would suit a tiny house with flushable toilet into a blackwater tank or compostable.
