We have a sheep and beef farm 20 mins from Havelock North in the picturesque Kahuranaki Valley. We are looking for expressions of interest from Tiny Home owners looking for quite rural sites. We would be happy to negotiate: - Type of Tiny Home permitted and expected level of property maintenance. - Size and location of lease land. (up to 1000m2) - Lease $$ and term, medium to long term preferred. - Site works, I.E. driveway and site foundation. - Landscaping and planting.
