Looking for a quiet, private spot to park your tiny home? We’ve got a long-term lease available in Parahaki – super central to Whangārei CBD, but feels like you’re out in the country. The Spot: Private driveway access – no shared entry, so you’ll have your own space. North-east facing – gets awesome sun all day. Spacious section – plenty of room around your tiny, and if you want to clear a bit more of the scrub, go for it. Self-sufficient setup needed – no power or water on-site, so you’ll need solar and a water tank. Who We’re Looking For: Long-term tenant – not a short-term parking spot. No kids – we’re a childfree property. Pets okay – as long as they stay in your area and don’t wander into the neighbors' paddocks. Must be working & reliable – rent needs to be paid on time. Respectful & quiet – there are a couple of other tiny homes on the property (well away from your site), so we want to make sure we’re all a good fit. Interested?
