Beautiful gardened lifestyle block in a quiet and peaceful spot 30 minutes from town. There is water at the well and the house, there is also power but only for charging cell phones or batteries. There is no shower or clothes washing facilities. We plan to install permanent power, water, and facilities at a later date. We are a friendly family, a 41-year-old professional male, an 8-year-old boy, and an 11-year-old girl. We have 1 cat and one small dog. You must have a self-sufficient caravan/tiny house and be a tidy person.
