A wee spot available to park up tiny home, caravan or camper with panoramic views from the ocean on one side across south canterbury and to the alps on the other. Semi-private setting as there are neighbours (good ones!) on one side and my brother will also be living on the property. Happy for you to consult us regarding contrustring fencing if you would like more privacy than is offered. Caravan power plug available, water via garden hose available. We run cows and sheep so will visiting the property once a fortnight or so to look after these. You are welcome to use already established vegie gardens, have chickens and/or sheep, we also have an orchard which should start producing some decent fruit in the next year or so. The sunrises and sunsets can be amazing especially in autumn and spring. Looking for ideally long long (5 years+) term tenants but anything considered. We are kind, respectful people so looking for the same.
