We are looking for long term quiet tenants with a modern Tiny and a desire to be self sufficient. Up to 500sqm (50m X 12m) of north facing site to establish your own environment with flat access and a horse paddock outlook. Any pets or children will require more adequate fencing. All rubbish will need to be taken away (not left by entrance). I have one other Tiny onsite and have been given a thumbs-up by council. Tiny must be on wheels (talk to me re stabilisation), have a composting toilet and an appropriate grey water tank (that I will fit a sensor to to manage overflow risk). We have pure water from an underground aquifer but you will need to support your own power.
