I would love to offer my section in Charleston for a self-contained tiny home or motorhome. The newly created Kawatiri Coastal Trail goes right across the drive and the stunning Nile river and beach are just a few minutes walk away. Hear penguins and weka at night along with the sound of the sea. There is a large gravel pad with lots of space for parking, a small water tank is filled off a container roof but it would be best to have your own supply. There is no power on site but lots of sun and good reception. Not suitable for pets due to no fences and to look after the wildlife. Charleston is a stunning area with beautiful limestone cliffs, dramatic seacliffs, stunning rivers, amazing forest and all different sorts of beaches. There is a pub, cafe and community hall (a short bike ride along the coastal trail). Westport is 20 minutes north, Punakaiki about 20 minutes south and Greymouth another 30 minutes south of there.
