Friendly neighbourhood and great access to trails, Mt Kaukau, cafes etc. Land: Sunny rear section, separated from the house by a large garage which gives some privacy. Connections: No power or sewage connections, so best suited to a self contained tiny home or vehicle. We could consider providing access to the house if needed, or may consider installing connections for the right person looking to stay long term. About us: We are a mother daughter duo with a cat. We’re friendly, respectful and looking for people who would enjoy the site and be lovely neighbours!
