We have a space to park a tiny home, bus or van on our 10 acre farm, close to Hastings and convenient to Havelock North (Pakipaki Rd). Ideally looking for respectful humans who are friendly but like their independence. The parking space is a limestone pad over geotech fabric and gravel - so well drained and flat. Water available and power by negotiation. Sorry, not suitable for dogs. There is plenty of space for your own garden.
