Lease a spot on our large property for parking a tiny home on flat ground adjacent a large farm house. Short term lease (3 months) and able to be extended for the right fit. Individuals/couple or families welcome to apply. No cats. Small well behaved dogs may be considered. Tiny home tenants can have access to our shared farmhouse facilities (bathroom, bathtub, kitchen, washing machine, lounge room, garden areas, fruit trees). My family and I (two adults & 1 toddler) live onsite in a studio apartment, we are working on our bus motorhome and own a small business. We have two other couples and two other individuals onsite in houses, all friends/getting along well and living in their own independent spaces, but we come together for a BBQ every so often. Parking options can be discussed, plenty of space & gravel areas. Entrance to the property will need to be pre-arranged, as we will need to guide you through the gate from a busy road and down the driveway. Very large tiny homes may not fit inside the entrance so discuss with us further re dimensions. This property is an urban oasis. We are 10min from Bunnings and 5min to big shops (botany town square and ormiston town square). 40min south of the cbd, middle of East Auckland suburbia but you wouldn't know it - it feels like you're in the country - birds, trees, gardens, space, sunshine.
