My family and I (two adults & 1 toddler) live onsite in a studio apartment, we are working on our bus motorhome and recycling business and will be making our kitchen, garden & bathroom available as a communal space. Parking options can be discussed, plenty of space & gravel areas. Entrance to the property will need to be pre-arranged, as we will need to guide you through the gate from a busy road and down the driveway. This property is an urban oasis. We are 10min from Bunnings and 5min to big shops (botany town square and ormiston town square). 40min south of the cbd, middle of East Auckland suburbia but you wouldn't know it - it feels like you're in the country - birds, trees, gardens, space.
