This is a rural site 10 km from Motueka centre. Very private next to a community oriented neighbourhood that you can participate in to the extent you wish. We have a large garden, berries and small orchard to share, as well as a pond to swim. We need help to maintain things. We'd rather share land with "friends we haven't met yet" rather than have "tenants". Happy to discuss services to make things work. Preference for a couple (any gender combo welcome); singles welcome too. Space for your own garden and livestock could be available. Great views over the mountains and down the valley. Exact site negotiable.
