Hi, I am a big believer in Tiny Homes and have been living in one that I had custom built for 8 years now. I have a space for a Tiny House, or Caravan or Campervan on the land that I own in Lynfield, Central Auckland. I am looking for a single person or couple (preferably no children or pets) who are quiet and tidy. There is no maintenance required of you. Being in Central Auckland there are neighbours around but they are all quiet and depending on which side you door is, you can be private. You are close to shops (8min walk), and many bus options. I do have the potential for one off street car park too. This is a short term rental for 2-3 months but could be extended for the right renters.
