1/4 acre of rural land surrounded by bush. Neighbours either side but still private with very little noise. Access is tricky but not impossible. Some clearing required we just havent had time. Looking for someone who doesnt mind doing a bit of work to reap the reward. Power and septic tank connection is partially set up so could be arranged, otherwise no services. Kids and pets welcome bearing in mind it is rural land so there are hazards and neighbours have sheep/horses/chickens so any dogs must be well trained.
