Mabel the tiny house is leaving! Mabel (pictured) is a tiny home that has been on this beautiful spot as a luxury air bnb for 3 years. We're looking for someone who would like to move onto this beautiful piece of land after Mabel has gone to her new owner's location. Your area is approximately 20 metres long and 15 metres wide and is mainly flat. There's a little hill behind you and private forest in front of you. Rural outlook to the east all the way out to the sea. Location is 10 mins away from Waipu village, 17 mins away from Waipu beaches. It is private and quiet and unique.
