Updated 16th March, 2026. Our current land-sharer has moved south after nearly 2 years with us. Would you be a good fit? We have a great site for a tiny house, house bus or similar, at the edge of our small orchard. It faces North/Nor'west, and so gets sun most of the day. The site has its own power, (16 amp with a meter, so you only pay for what you use), water, single carport, clothesline and septic tank, (It has 2 x separate grey and black water dump points). Excellent broadband is available through Amuri.net. The site has its own vegetable garden area with windbreak and gate. We have a large firewood lot. Help yourself to fruit from the trees in season, (plums, feijoas, blackcurrants, quince). The view looks across our gully which is filled with natives and birdlife. The site is well away from our own house and has flat shingled access from the shared driveway. The carport has plenty of height, with built in lockable storage along one wall. We are into raising and planting natives, have a few pet pigs and some chooks. I am retired and my wife works with rare bird species. We do a bit of tramping and cycle touring. You will be easy going, capable, positive, dog friendly and into making the most of your opportunities. Paddock space available by negotiation. Sorry, no cats. The cafe/pub is 3.5 klm down the road, the primary school 3klm. Tennis, squash, bowls about 8klm away. Amberley with its farmers market and Countdown is 35 klm away.
