After 5 wonderful years, our previous tiny house resident has moved on, and we're looking for someone new to join our little corner of the Wairarapa. What's on offer: - A ready-to-go tiny house site — basecourse and topcourse already laid - Fully filtered rain water supplied - Your own separate entrance off our shared driveway, with room for a small garden of your own - Peaceful 7-acre property, off-grid and run on organic principles - Small livestock on site — pets may be a possibility with prior approval You'll need to: - Supply your own power, or arrange a grid connection Location: - 12 min to Carterton - 15 min to Greytown - 18 min to Martinborough - 25 min to Masterton We're after someone who'd genuinely enjoy a gentle, organic, low-impact way of living and who'd be a good fit for a small rural community — happy to have a chat and see if it feels like the right match on both sides.
