This is a standalone section on my lifestyle block approximately 40 m long and 15 m wide and a very sunny site The site is its own meted power supply, town water and possibly sewage connection The weekly rent of $100 includes the use of the 20 foot storage container I am looking for a retired or semi retired couple who would be willing to give me 3 hours help a week gardening and general help on my lifestyle block and generally keep an eye on the property as I’m away a lot Previous experience with sheep would be a real advantage as I have 15 ewes Not going to be suitable highly social people or someone who plans to travel a lot I have a zero tolerance for drug use or excessive alcohol Cats are fine but because of the sheep dogs are a maybe
