This super sweet quality section in Moeraki has been developed with a caravan/house truck/tiny house in mind. It's landscaped, private, sunny and north-facing and easy walking distance to the beach. The birds are prolific due to old Kowhai trees in the paddock opposite, and skinks scurry between rocks and driftwood. Cost is including electricity line rental, but personal power use is extra. There is a charging station for an EV. The cabin is a fully plumbed in and consented bathroom with space for a washing machine. There is also a small storage shed suitable for lawnmower and bikes. Looking for long-term careful tenants :)
