After years of renting (and moving 3 times in 3 years) we have made the decision to buy a tiny home and live tiny for the next 3 - 5 years (or longer if we really come to like it). We have two active outdoor boys (10 and 7) and a just as active 9 year old dog. Arian has his own landscape business while Jasmin works remotely mostly. Our both kids go to the Waldorf School so ideally we look for something not too far away from Welcome Bay. On the weekends we are always on the go doing walks, things around the house or enjoying the beach. We are quiet (as quiet as can be with 2 boys) and respect other people's property. Ideally we would love to start the lease within the next few month but happy to negotiate.
