Small Family looking for land

Hello all, we are a small family, my wife from Japan, 1 year old daughter and myself from Germany. We have been building a tiny house on wheels and are looking for a land to rent in Auckland region. We at least need water and power. Ideally, not too far away from a town and enough space to make a little veggie garden and deck around the house. We’re calm and neat and have never had any problems with landlords or flat mates. If there are suitable places available, please let us know. Thank you in advance.
