Full time worker single parent looking for a land for our beautiful THW

I am looking for a piece of land to lease to put my Tiny House on wheels (named Kasia) I owned since 1 year for my 8 years old son and Myself (I am working full time). The THOW is 8m long, 3m wide including spouting and 4.1 high off the ground. We are looking for a long term lease with water and power connection included (and internet if possible). I am currently leasing in New Brighton, and could ask my current landlord to give me his feedback/reference if required. My lease expires at the end of this year (end of 2025).
