Long-term lease wanted for off-grid tiny.

We have a tiny house in storage which we are no longer living in, due to a growing family. We built it ourselves (and lived in it for 4 years!) and rather than part with it, we would like to find a longer-term land lease so we can rent or AirBnB it out. We would be preferably looking at the Gordonton/Taupiri/Whitikahu/Puketaha area, or there abouts. The tiny house is completely off-grid, and provided there aren't too many trees around, is capable of collecting its own water and generating its own power. It has a composting toilet and solar hot water, with a fireplace/wetback for winter months. If you have something which might be suitable then please get in touch! Regards Aaron
