Life is better in the country - long term lease wanted

Hi there, I am looking for long term land to lease for my sleepout/tiny home in new plymouth, around 200sqm or larger as my sleepout is 9m x 3m. I have inherited the family cat, so he needs to come with me I moved here 3 years ago after the passing of my mum, so trying to make New Plymouth home. . Also water and electricity supply would be great. I am a mature 57 year old lady and work part time in waitara, any recommendations would be great, at the moment living in urenui, where i put my tiny home, at my sisters but she is looking at selling, so saving up to eventually buy a small block of land, but can lease in the mean time, hopefully someone out there can help, thanks for reading in advance :)
