Hi I'm Sabrina, I'm looking for land to rent in Auckland,ideally Albany,Riverhead,whangaparoa or surrounding areas. I'm a 51 year old quiet non smoker wanting land pref $100 -150 per week,plus extra for water and power use to put a rented cabin on to live in. Will consider rural or suburban if have a feeling of privacy and quiet( traffic noise okay but more other noise eg not in a street with lots of parties all year round) wanting to rent for 1 year,possibly longer. Wanting a place that feels like home to me( rental places havent) Need access to power hook up( caravan plug socket) also septic system to.empty black,Grey water. Access to fresh water.
