Looking for land to lease Tasman region

I'm a semi retired single looking for a small piece of land to lease in the Tasman region. My plan is to have a Tiny House On Wheels and be off grid as much as possible, so will be going solar power, composting or incinerator toilet. Water may be a tank, or from a local source with some filtration into the house. I'd be keen to hear from anyone who might be interested so we could have some discussions around options. I'd be open to swapping some labour for part or full rental, depending on the time frame, I currently work 20hrs per week and intend on keeping that going. Ideally the spot would have good access with enough space for a small portable shed and be in the Motueka area if possible, but I'm pretty flexible on the location. I don't have the house as yet, I thought it better to source somewhere to have it first before rushing off and buying something and then end up with nowhere to have it. As for me, I'm pretty quiet, I enjoy riding my Triumph and exploring a bit of the South Island, I dabble in a bit of kayak fishing and getting out on the push bike when I can.
