My wife and I are looking for land to lease long-term in Tauranga or the surrounding areas. Must have a water connection. Power is not necessary as we live off the grid. We only have a cat that comes with us. We have a cabin and a fifth wheeler that will need to be on the property, so a good size site would be ideal.
