I’m looking for a piece of land to lease long-term in the Waihi / Katikati area for my tiny home setup (10x3 tiny + 8x3 pod). What I’m looking for: - a quiet, private, sunny spot — somewhere that feels like a sanctuary to call home - a rural setting with trees and a natural feel (not just bare paddock) - space for two small dwellings, parking, and a small vege garden - access to power - water access a bonus - a space where pets are welcome (cat and/or small dog) A little about me: I’m a sound and energy healer and value calm, respectful, grounded living.
