You have the land, we’ll get the tiny house. We are looking for an opportunity to Airbnb a tiny house that we will use for 1-2 months a year, as we live in the USA. We are open to helping put in the infrastructure for a tiny house on your land if you would be willing to run it as an Airbnb. Or a property manager could run it. The tiny house will be professionally built and council-approved if needed. We are wanting to get a foothold back in NZ after living in Alaska for 30+ years and won't be moving back long turn for 3-5 years. We currently build tiny houses in Sequim Washington so are not new to the idea.
