We are looking to lease some land in the Wellington region to live on, in our 7m caravan. Myself & my husband both work full-time & we have a 12 year old son. We are clean, tidy, & respectful. Our caravan is certified self contained & off grid energy self-sufficient. Prefer a site with water available. Willing to negotiate lease conditions & price. Excellent refs available.
