Hi, we are a Mum and daughter duo looking for a lovely spot for our dream Tiny Home; ideally flat, private, peaceful, with mature trees - in the Dairy Flat/Wainui,/Waitoki/Silverdale vicinity. We are having a quality (10x3x4m) 2 bedroom Cocoon Tiny Home built in the next few months so looking for a long term lease; services available (i.e water, power, driveway) would be a huge advantage but we could also customise to be off-grid, for the right spot. I am employed, we have 3 horses we graze on Whitehills Road and 2 cats. The dream would be to have a nice vege garden and a few chooks also.
